Terms & Conditions
Last updated 11 July 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using Munneru.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or otherwise using Munneru, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. What Munneru is
Munneru is an exam preparation platform covering Tamil Nadu competitive exams — TNPSC, TET/TRB, Railway (RRB), and Banking (IBPS/SBI) exams — offering lessons, verified previous-year and practice questions, mock tests, progress tracking, and an AI-assisted study planner (Copilot).
3. Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- One account is for one person — accounts aren't meant to be shared.
- You must provide a valid, working email address.
- You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account, whether or not you personally performed it.
4. Subscription plans & pricing
Munneru offers three tiers:
- Free — basic-depth lessons, a limited daily practice cap, a lifetime mock test cap, and today's current affairs.
- Single exam — full-depth lessons, unlimited practice and mock tests for one exam. ₹349/month or ₹3,049/year.
- Pro — everything in Single exam, across every exam we cover, plus the full current affairs archive. ₹799/month or ₹5,999/year.
Prices are in Indian Rupees and may change with notice — a price change never applies to a billing cycle you've already paid for. All payments are final. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy — we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute Munneru's lessons, questions, or other content.
- Share a paid account's access with people who haven't paid for it.
- Attempt to bypass subscription limits or gated content.
- Misuse the AI Copilot to extract content unrelated to your own study plan.
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Content ownership
Lessons, questions, explanations, and the Munneru platform itself are our intellectual property (or licensed to us) and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission. Notes you write for your own use remain yours — we don't claim ownership of them, though deleting your account deletes them permanently along with everything else.
7. No guarantee of results
Munneru's content is provided to help you prepare for exams — it is study material, not a guarantee. We do not guarantee that using Munneru will result in exam success, selection, or employment of any kind. Exam outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
8. Limitation of liability
Munneru is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service, including but not limited to exam results, missed deadlines, or data loss.
9. Termination
You may stop using Munneru, or delete your account, at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use section above. Termination doesn't entitle you to a refund — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the “Last updated” date above when we do — continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
